and it will be our pleasure to get referral pads and business cards over to your office as quickly as possible.
If you prefer to print a referral slip immediately, please follow these steps:
- Right click on the preferred Referral Pad below.
- Select “Open image in new tab” from the menu that appears.
- From the new tab, click “Print” directly from your internet browser.
Note: We don’t recommend printing the referral pad from a download as some computers have had trouble downloading the image file.
