Dr. Irelsy Rivera is a board-certified maxillofacial and facial cosmetic surgeon who possesses a profound passion for helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals. Fluent in both Spanish and English, Dr. Rivera’s roots in Puerto Rico have enriched her with a vibrant cultural understanding and an innate ability to connect with diverse patients. She obtained her DMD degree and pursued rigorous oral and maxillofacial surgery training at the University of Puerto Rico Medical Sciences Campus. Recognizing her profound fascination with facial cosmetic and reconstructive procedures, she embarked on an international facial cosmetic surgery fellowship in Mexico, training under the guidance of a renowned surgeon.

As an international speaker, she has shared her expertise in Brazil. Additionally, she improved her skills in advanced rhinoplasty techniques during a prestigious fellowship in Istanbul, Turkey, further elevating her ability to deliver exceptional results to her valued patients.

Certified by the esteemed American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Dr. Rivera possesses a comprehensive skill set encompassing dentoalveolar surgery, anesthesia, facial trauma, head and neck pathology, and facial cosmetic surgery.
