DDS
Dr. Castellanos was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela. She attended dental school at Santa María University in Venezuela, earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS). She then completed her residency training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Puerto Rico. Dr. Castellanos completed her fellowship training in Orthognathic Surgery at Houston Methodist Hospital. She is excited to join Elite Oral & Facial Surgery as part of the team, bringing her surgical training and international perspective to patient care in the community.
Specialty Training
Dr. Castellanos is board certified in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and is a member of the International Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (IAOMS) and the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (AAOMS).
Get to Know
Outside the practice, Dr. Castellanos stays active through running and regular workouts at the gym and is currently training for her first HYROX race. She values spending quality time with her family whenever her schedule allows.
