Dr. Diego Gonzalez
DDS, BOARD CERTIFIED
Dr. Diego Gonzalez was born in Costa Rica, where he completed his undergraduate studies in dentistry and a surgical internship. He later completed his graduate studies in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Puerto Rico.
After completing his studies, Dr. Gonzalez returned to Costa Rica and worked as a professor at one of the country’s most prestigious universities. He also dedicated his private practice to oral implantology, cosmetic surgery, and facial reconstruction surgery.
Specialty Training
Dr. Gonzalez has been fully trained in every aspect of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, with specialized expertise in cosmetic and facial reconstruction surgery, including orthognathic surgery. He is a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and the American Society of Dental Anesthesiologists. He is also board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
